Job Description
Ekiti State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA) is looking for dedicated Community Health Officers to support primary healthcare services in rural and urban communities. The officers will be responsible for implementing health programs, promoting disease prevention, and ensuring better healthcare access for underserved populations.
As a Community Health Officer, you will conduct health education programs to improve hygiene and sanitation awareness. You will also play a key role in immunisation campaigns, maternal and child healthcare, and monitoring disease outbreaks.

Requirements
Must have a CHO Certificate from a recognised institution
Registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)
Valid practising licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rural and urban communities
Experience in conducting health outreach programs is an advantage
